No worries, we’ve got you covered. Shipping damage is rare, but if it happens, we’ll fix it fast. Just make sure to report it within 48 hours with a few photos or a video. For White-Glove deliveries, please inspect the item before signing and simply note any damage on the delivery receipt. Once you send us a photo of the note and the item, we'll start working on your claim right away to get it resolved quickly.

Please contact us with your mailing address and a list of the colors you want to receive, and we will send you fabric swatches as soon as possible.

How accurate are the colors and images shown online?

While we strive for maximum accuracy in our product photography, digital colors can shift depending on lighting conditions and screen settings. Because textures and tones can look different in your home’s unique light, we strongly suggest ordering fabric samples.
