Refund policy

We offer premium furnishings delivered through specialized white-glove or freight services. Due to the nature of our products and the handling involved, returns are limited and intended for exceptional circumstances only.
Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in like-new condition, unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, parts, and documentation.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping and delivery costs.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection and approval upon arrival at our return warehouse.
Fees & Refunds
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping, inside delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.
  • Return policy applies equally to exchanges.
Manufacturer Defects / Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate and provide the appropriate resolution.

How to Start a Return

Email support@cressina.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your request meets the return criteria and is within the 14-day window, we will email you return instructions and the return address.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • International orders (including Canada)
  • Items that have been assembled, used, damaged, or altered
  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
  • Purchases made by commercial, contract, or designer (trade) customers
  • Products marked as "Clearance," "Non-Returnable," or "Final Sale" on the product page
