For White-Glove deliveries, please inspect the item before signing and simply note any damage on the delivery receipt. Once you send us a photo of the note and the item, we'll start working on your claim right away to get it resolved quickly.

Because textures and tones can look different in your home’s unique light, we strongly suggest ordering fabric samples.
