Price Match Policy

We want to ensure you get the best value possible, so we are happy to match the prices of authorized online and local competitors for new, identically specified products.

  • Timing & Verification: The price of an item must be current at the time of the match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor's price and availability. If we are unable to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.
  • Product Matching: The item must have the exact same brand name, size, weight, color, quantity, and model number. It must also be sold and fulfilled by an authorized dealer for the item's brand. Private seller prices will not be considered.
  • Location: The competitor company must be based and operated in the continental United States. We reserve the right to decline to match any price offered by a non-US business.
  • Total Cost Calculation: When calculating the price of an item, we will include all additional costs found in the competitor's offer, such as sales tax, shipping/delivery fees, and payment surcharges.
  • Limits: We reserve the right to limit the number of price matches per identical item and per customer.

Exclusions

We may decline the price match request if your offer fits one or more of the below criteria.

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open-box, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease-to-own items.
  • Non-branded items.
  • Percent-off (%) or dollar-off ($) promotions that cannot be validated as directly applicable to the specific item.
  • Pricing due to typographical errors. At our sole discretion, we may consider any price less than 25% of the MAP, manufacturer's minimum allowed advertised price, to be a typographical error.
  • Credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, or bundled offers.
  • Sales tax promotions, free items, rebates, or mail-in rebates.

What qualifies as proof of a price when requesting a price match?

You can provide a screenshot, the exact URL address, a written quote, or an invoice as proof of a competitor's offer. All offer submissions and supporting documents must be fully validated by our team before a price match can be approved.
