How long does my delivery take?

In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. The estimated transit times for White Glove deliveries are:

East Coast & nearby regions: approximately 2–3 weeks

For White-Glove deliveries, please inspect the item before signing and simply note any damage on the delivery receipt. Once you send us a photo of the note and the item, we'll start working on your claim right away to get it resolved quickly.

Yes! We offer free fabric samples so you can experience the color and texture firsthand before making your decision. It’s the best way to ensure a perfect match for your space. Please contact us with your mailing address and a list of the colors you want to receive, and we will send you fabric swatches as soon as possible.

How accurate are the colors and images shown online?

While we strive for maximum accuracy in our product photography, digital colors can shift depending on lighting conditions and screen settings. Because textures and tones can look different in your home’s unique light, we strongly suggest ordering fabric samples. Seeing the material firsthand is the best way to ensure the perfect match for your space before placing your order.
