Once you send us a photo of the note and the item, we'll start working on your claim right away to get it resolved quickly.

While we strive for maximum accuracy in our product photography, digital colors can shift depending on lighting conditions and screen settings. Because textures and tones can look different in your home’s unique light, we strongly suggest ordering fabric samples. Seeing the material firsthand is the best way to ensure the perfect match for your space before placing your order.
