How long does my delivery take?

In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days from our distribution center. The estimated transit times for White Glove deliveries are:

  • West Coast & nearby regions: approximately 2–3 weeks
  • East Coast & surrounding regions: approximately 3–4 weeks

If your order is time-sensitive, we offer expedited and, in some cases, guaranteed delivery options for most ZIP codes. These services are provided as custom shipping quotes and are typically "LTL Threshold Delivery" (curbside or first dry area), not "White Glove" service.

What if my order arrives damaged?

No worries, we’ve got you covered. Shipping damage is rare, but if it happens, we’ll fix it fast. Just make sure to report it within 48 hours with a few photos or a video. For White-Glove deliveries, please inspect the item before signing and simply note any damage on the delivery receipt. Once you send us a photo of the note and the item, we'll start working on your claim right away to get it resolved quickly.

Can you hold my order until I’m ready?

Absolutely! Whether you’re moving, remodeling, or setting up a vacation home, yes, we’ll hold your order for you at no extra storage cost. Simply add a note at checkout and we’ll secure your items in our warehouse. Just give us a heads-up 3-4 weeks before your desired delivery window, and we’ll get everything moving for you.

Do you have a showroom?

We operate entirely online. By eliminating the high overhead of traditional showrooms, we can focus our resources on exceptional material quality, fair pricing, and direct customer service. Our team is always here to help, answer any questions, and guide you through the process.

Is this bed frame compatible with an adjustable mattress base?

Not out of the box, but it is a relatively simple DIY modification if you want to use one.

Our beds use internal brackets and wooden slats to support a standard mattress. To use an adjustable base, you would need to remove the slats and replace the standard ledger brackets with flat L-brackets. This clears the inside of the frame so your adjustable base can sit directly on the floor inside the perimeter.

Because the adjustable base bears all the weight, the bed frame simply acts as a decorative surround. Please note that we do not provide these alternative brackets, instructions, or support, so this modification is done entirely at your own discretion.
